Mission Statement:
ARTability serves as a bridge between arts organizations and individuals with disabilities by promoting accessible programming in the arts and facilitating connections to services and resources.
Why ARTability:
Over the past several years, arts institutions across the state have recognized the need for making arts events accessible and enriching experiences for all members of the community, regardless of disability. It became apparent that a quality-driven community-wide program to focus on these issues was needed. This program would serve over 289,000 individuals with disabilities statewide, and 640 arts organizations statewide.
ARTability is that program.
